  • 9 inch French skillet
  • Add shallots and peanuts and halved tomatoes stirring occasionally over low heat
  • Add the chili flakes and a splash of chicken broth for flavor
  • Serve immediately

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli
  • 3/4 cup cherry tomatoes washed and halved
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp salted peanuts chopped
  • 1 shallot peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp low sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  • Steam the broccoli for about six minutes until tender
  • In a small pan heat olive oil
  • Add shallots and peanuts and halved tomatoes stirring occasionally over low heat
  • Add the broccoli
  • Add the chili flakes and a splash of chicken broth for flavor. Toss to coat
