  • 1 hard boiled egg
  • 1 - 16 oz package fresh haricot verts
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil Seven Barrels Blood Orange
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard Edmond Fallot Tarragon Mustard (available through Yummy Bazaar
  • 3 cups cold water
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Blanche green beans by dropping in boiling water for 3-4 minutes
  • With tongs, place green beans in an ice bath
  • Whisk olive oil, mustard and vinegar together
  • Once beans are fully cooled, mix in vinaigrette and chill
  • When serving, top with chopped egg
