Method
Pour ice into shaker
1/2 cup ice
Add vodka, vermouth and pickle brine
2 1/2 oz vodka, 1 oz dry vermouth, 2 tbsp half sour pickle juice
Stir or shake vigorously until chilled (about 20 to 30 seconds)
Using vegetable peeler, shave off ribbons of cucumber
1 slice Persian cucumber
Skewer ribbon onto a cocktail pick
Pour cocktail
Serve immediately
