Method
Preheat oven to 400°
Remove stem from head of cauliflower and cut into bite sized florets
1 head cauliflower
Toss in a bowl with olive oil and season to taste with garlic powder, salt and pepper
salt, pepper, garlic powder, 1 tbsp olive oil
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and miso paste
2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp dark miso paste
Add to large bowl and toss to coat
Spread out cauliflower on a baking sheet
Roast for 45 minutes
