Method
Preheat oven to 350°
Wash and dry mustard greens. Remove stems and stack leaves on top of each other. Roll and slice. Cut those slices in half. Set aside
Cube rye bread. Set aside
Slice kielbasa into 1 inch slices
Sauté kielbasa until nicely browned (about five minutes)
Add mustard greens and cook, stirring frequently for another 5-8 minutes
Grease a 9.5 pie dish with cooking spray and line with cubed rye bread
Top rye with kielbasa mixture and then half of the cheese
Beat eggs with milk, mustard, thyme, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Pour over the top of contents of the pie dish
Top with remaining cheese
Bake for 30 minutes
Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes, then serve
