Method
Preheat grill
Scrub potatoes and dry
Slice in half lengthwise
Lay cut side down and cut slits down the length of the potato
Place potato on aluminum foil and season to taste with season salt and garlic powder
Cut teaspoon of butter in half and put one half on each potato half
Top with herb sprigs
Fold aluminum foil up around potato to create a packet
Place packets flat side down on grill and cook for 25-30 minutes
Carefully peel away foil from bottom which should be a crispy brown and drizzle truffle oil over top
