You guys and gals get a twofer today!  It’s supposed to be a snowy and stormy weekend here in New Jersey.  I will leave you with this while I work on some more good stuff!

Simple Horseradish Cream

Serve on steak, potato, pork, turkey, broccoli, salmon

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 dollops sour cream
  • 1 dollop mayonnaise
  • 1 dollop horseradish
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 scallions chopped

Instructions

  • Keep the three dollops equal to each other depending on your needs.  Some people could bathe in this (we don't judge) while others prefer a teeny bit.

  • Whip and top with scallions
