I have found that these are best used within a day. My husband is a snacky kind of guy.
I try to keep him healthy although admittedly this blog has not helped either do our waistlines. I would like to keep him around until we’re about 128 or so. His advice and guidance are invaluable.
I really thought he would smack this one down like King Kong dancing on the side of a building but bless him. He ate them and liked them and went back for more and then looked at me as if I’d performed some sort of wizardry.
Three ingredients and about 10 minutes and you can’t go wrong with a super scientific measurement like….fistful. One fistful per person. Add ingredients accordingly.
One fistful of kale
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp Goya Adobo
Wash kale and dry. Tear into bite sized pieces. Coat with olive oil and toss. Sprinkle on Adobo and toss again. Spread out on to baking sheets (I swear by Williams Sonoma gold touch baking sheets) and bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
Active time: 3 minutes
Total time: 13 minutes
Yields: one fistful which in snack terms is pretty epic
