Adobo Kale Chips

Three ingredients and about 10 minutes and you can’t go wrong with a super scientific measurement like….fistful. One fistful per person. Add ingredients accordingly.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Goya Adobo

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Wash and dry kale and tear into bite sized pieces
  3. Coat with olive oil and toss
  4. Sprinkle on Adobo and toss again
  5. Spread onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes
