Creamy mayonnaise and salty-sweet miso deepen the nutty depth of the cauliflower. I had made roasted potatoes and chicken to go with this, but wound up eating this only for dinner. It was that good.
Miso Mayonniase Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower cut into florets
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp dark miso paste
Equipment
- 1 1 small bowl
- 1 baking sheet
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Remove stem from head of cauliflower and cut into bite sized florets1 head cauliflower
- Toss in a bowl with olive oil and season to taste with garlic powder, salt and peppersalt, pepper, garlic powder, 1 tbsp olive oil
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and miso paste2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp dark miso paste
- Add to large bowl and toss to coat
- Spread out cauliflower on a baking sheet
- Roast for 45 minutes
