  • 1 9 oz package frozen peas
  • 1 10 oz pacakge frozen brown rice
  • 1 8 oz package fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 tsp truffle oil divided
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 green onions
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Clean mushrooms and slice
  • Peel garlic and mince
  • Rinse and slice green onions
  • Cook peas according to package instructions
  • Cook brown rice according to instructions
  • While the peas and rice are cooking, brown mushroom in a pan for five minutes on high heat
  • Add the garlic and green onions and continue to cook for another two minutes. Add 1/4 teaspoon of truffle oil and season with salt and pepper to taste
  • Add cooked peas and rice to the pan and combine. Add another 1/4 teaspoon of truffle oil and season with salt and pepper if desired. Stir on medium heat for another minute or two.
  • Serve immediately
